Very intuitive looking upcoming game called Gunpoint. Watch the video to get an idea - if you’re not intrigued within the first minute, then you should probably play more Sonic. My favourite scene is at 3:50 involving a door slap.

Check it out.

China decides to pull out of aid partnership

In what is potentially a very insulting snub of the other richest countries in the world, China has said it’s not ready to endorse a partnership for global development. The goal of the partnership was to create some simplified and common principles that would reduce the confusion and lack of cohesion in the current aid marketplace, as well as ensuring that nations such as Brazil, India and China start to deliver aid to other nations too instead of just receiving.

Brazil and India have also followed suit avoiding what is titled the Paris-Accra-Busan agreement. The delegates from each nation had been attending pre-conference discussions and meetings without incident so their agreement had been, perhaps naively, expected.

Most of the $40 billion that China has provided in aid over the last six decades has been mainly focused in African nations where a lot of Chinese oil and natural resource projects are based. The African Development Bank, while stopping short of making a direct accusation, has discussed concern that the three nations in question are blurring the line between fundamental aid and commercial investment. It says this behaviour undermines the collective goal to reducing poverty.
